Camp Cancellation Policy
Our policy generally allows cancellations with a full refund up to 30 days before your scheduled camp week. Transfers to a different camp type or week can be done with a $15 administrative fee, assuming there is space available.
Need Based Scholarships
The scholarship application is now open for 2025!
A limited number of full or partial scholarships are available and based on both need and a first-come first-served basis. Please complete the following form if you are interested in a need-based scholarship for our summer bike camps and other fee-based programs. We will do our best to provide scholarship opportunities for those who may need one, but completion of this form is not a guarantee of receiving one.
