Q&A:

How can I volunteer?

Sound like fun and want to help? SIGN UP HERE! Limited t-shirts will be provided so sign up early!  We will provide lunch and one Carnival entry ($10 entry) for all volunteers.

Do you offer refunds?

We will offer refunds up to 15 days prior to the event.

What will you do in case of bad weather?

The show will go on (including the bike challenges), unless there is lightening in which case we will delay or cancel.

Do I need to print out my paper ticket?

No, we will have your information at check-in.

What if my child wants to participate in one of the Bike Challenges?

Just purchase a Bicycle Carnival Pass and show up at the Bike Challenge course based on the timing of the kids events – they are broken down by ages.  The Carnival Pass gets you into the Carnival zone, play time on the Train OC course, the Popsicle Ride and the Bike Challenge.

Why would I sign up for the Train OC Challenge Course?

If you have a competitive spirit and think you have the speed and agility to beat everyone else, then sign up for the Challenge.  That will post your results against everyone else. Plus you get a medal for competing and a t-shirt if you win your age division.

What if I just want to play on the Train OC Course without competing?

Then sign up for the Carnival ticket.  That will give you access to the Train OC course (only play time), plus entry into the carnival zone, the Bike Challenges and the Family Popsicle Ride.

What if I just want to spectate and not participate in any activities?

Then come for free and enjoy watching all the fun.  If you change your mind, we will have registration all day long for any part of it.

What if I want to participate in the bunny hop, pixie race or wheel toss?

Then bring your bike of choice (or limited pixie bikes will be available on site) and have at it!  We just ask that you purchase a carnival ticket to participate and then show up at the time of the event.
