Let’s take a ride
Pedal Station grew out of our desire to do more to get kids, families, grandparents, college students – everyone, regardless of income, bicycling! The Station is centralized place for building a healthy and strong community through our retail store and year-round classes, education and encouragment.
The Station offers used bicycles for any budget and a wide assortment of new and used parts and accessories so you can feel safe and comfortable on your ride. We strive to be a welcoming and inclusive community center where we can answer your questions, provide resources and classes, and get more people riding bikes.

Donate a bike
Have a bike you no longer ride? Donate it to Kids on Bikes! We take kids and adult bike donations.
Where do they go? We have lots of youth programs that we run such as our earn-a-bike and bike library programs where kids work hard to earn a bike of their own. We also partner with youth-serving agencies in Colorado Springs who work with disadvantaged youth. Our goal is to ensure all kids have the chance to experience the joy of riding a bike. Some bikes (especially adult bikes) will be reserved for sale at our retail center where all proceeds go right back into youth programs.
Bring your bike in to the Pedal Station. Or take it to your neighborhood bike shop who partners with us as a collection site. All shops will ensure your donation comes to Kids on Bikes. A tax-receipt will be provided at the time of donation.
Classes & Events
We believe in empowering everyone to take control of their bike. Participate in a class that will give you the skills to keep your bike rolling

Open Shop and Fix-It Nights
We need lots of great volunteers to help in the retail store, fix up or clean bikes that are going to youth, break bikes down for recycling or keep the center organized.
Our Fix-It Volunteer night gives you a chance to help us fix kids and adult bikes while connecting with others in our community. It helps to have mechanic skills but we can find something for everyone! Just show up.
